Ana-Maria is a procurement and supply chain global thought leader and sustainable expert with a successful career spanning decades in leadership roles in procurement and supply chain for global brands. Ana-Maria is a passionate advocate for responsible sourcing and ethical leadership. She empowers organisations to create change that lasts. Ana-Maria is also a Supply Chain Talk Show Host by Business Reporter, UK, Speaker, and an MBA Executive Mentor at the University of Sussex, England. Our founder often says, “Mentorship opens minds and hearts.”

Vlad GrădinariuDirector of Operations

With over a decade of experience in procurement and global supply chains, Vlad brings the analytical backbone to GreenApples®. His motto, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it,” defines our data-driven transformation approach, which is combining measurable impact with sustainable innovation. He is specialised in sustainable sourcing and value engineering for optimal cost reduction.
